LEARN TO ... SMILE
It is said that our smile is our best piece of social equipment. It is powerful and allows others to know we are receptive and open.
But, often we lose our smile ... so find yours and learn to smile. Even when things aren't going well try to find your smile, and it should help get you through your day. Smiling is good for us - better than frowning or crying. So learn to smile - find things which make you decompress, relax, laugh and smile - whatever they may be - a comedy show, a friend ... anything that helps you shake the blues and learn to smile. When you smile, the world's a better place, and you'll feel more ready to face the world. It is said: ' Smile - it doesn't cost anything.'
